 expand connections for children.  With neuroscience as the evidence base\,
  we will learn how supportive relationships can re-wire a child's brain an

 ill Borgeson\nJill Borgeson has worked in the field of family finding and 
 engagement for 12 years.  She developed and managed family finding program
 s at Kids & Families Together and Casa Pacifica.  Since 2015 she has been 
 a contractor with Ventura County Children and Family Services\,  developin
 g\, training and coaching social workers in family finding and engagement.
   Jill is also a family engagement trainer for other child welfare jurisdi
 ctions in the U.S. and Canada.  She has a Master's in Social Work from the
