 lopment\nâ€¢	Integrate non-discrimination\, and cultural and linguistic compe
 tence into caregiving of youth\nâ€¢	Apply best practices for caregivers suppo
 rting gender diverse youth\nAbout the presenter: Mira Krishnan is an accom
 plished public speaker\, social entrepreneur and feminist activist\, passi
 onate about the lives of girls and women\, early childhood development\, a
 nd sustainable communities.  Mira obtained BS and MS degrees in engineerin
 g at the University of Michigan.  She completed a PhD in clinical psycholo
 gy at the University of Florida\, internship in neuropsychology at the Uni
 versity of Chicago\, and fellowship in neuropsychology at Mary Free Bed Re
 habilitation Hospital.  At the state and national levels\, Mira co-chairs 
 the American Psychological Association Committee for Transgender People an
 d Gender Diversity.  She is a member of the Board of Directors of Equality
  Michigan.  She is a Board Adviser to the Association of Children's Reside
