  Start for Moms (ANSFM) Program in the Ventura County Behavioral Health De
 partment. ANSFM is a perinatal treatment for women who have lost or are at
  risk of losing custody of their children due to substance use disorders. 
 In 2011\, Dr. Gertson was the recipient of the Fainer Award Psychologist o
 f the Year from the Ventura County Medical Resource Foundation. Dr. Gertso
 n has been teaching seminars in the areas of Co-Occuring Disorders\, Compl
 ex Trauma and Personality Disorders since 1993.\n\nDiscussion Panel: Dr. G
