 e concept of vicarious trauma in the context of out-of-home care\n       -
   List three strategies to promote well-being when working with youth impa
 cted by   \n          trauma\n       -  Describe the importance of compass
 ion for self and others served\n\nNicole Klasey\, Psy.D. is a clinical psy
 chologist who has worked with trauma survivors for 14 years. She currently
  consults with agencies on trauma-informed care\, programming for commerci
 ally sexually exploited youth\, vicarious trauma\, and leadership developm
 ent. Nicole has been training multidisciplinary audiences on trauma-relate
 d topics since 2015 and provides guest lectures at local universities on h
 uman trafficking. She has developed several of the training curriculums th
 at are being utilized in Los Angeles County and throughout California to b
 etter equip social service providers on working with commercially sexually
  exploited youth. She has been an expert witness on commercial sexual expl
 oitation and trauma in court. She has authored two books on commercial sex
 ual exploitation and authored prevention and intervention curriculums for 
 the population. In 2018\, Nicole was awarded the State of California Senat
 e Certificate of Recognition by Senator Joel Anderson.\n\nRegister by clic
