 on mitigating Compassion Fatigue to build emotional and mental resilience 
 so CASA volunteers can attend to their own well-being and continue providi
 ng critical services. \n\nLearning outcomes include:   \n•	Understanding ho
 w screening and providing services to individuals with high ACEs scores ma
 y impact CASA staff and volunteers.\n•	Understanding the role of stress in 
 relation to anger\, emotions\, and behavior\, and how that can impact CASA
  staff and volunteers personally and professionally.\n•	Identifying multipl
 e causes and triggers of compassion fatigue and burnout\, including person
 al and professional trauma from the COVID-19 pandemic.\n•	Utilizing strateg
 ies for inner regulation in the face of overwhelming and emotionally inten
 se demands.\n•	Articulating and utilizing strategies for accelerated recove
 ry and self-regulation.\n\nABOUT BEVERLY KYER \nBeverly is a Speaker\, Edu
 cator\, Consultant\, Certified Compassion Fatigue Specialist and Author wh
 o has devoted 16 years to training Human Service Providers and Family Care
 givers\; helping them employ self-care recovery and neuro-physiological re
