ve and the Strong Roots™ framework. We will review the science behind resi
lience from conception through early childhood. Drawing from our own work

e will illustrate how Strong Roots Protective Factors can help children\,
families\, and communities flourish. Presenters will share tools designed
to support parents and caregivers in responding to their child’s behavior\
, recognizing there is no “one right way” to parent\, and instead empoweri
ng parents and caregivers to create space for reflection and consider how
they want to respond to their children’s feelings and needs. Attendees wil
l be encouraged to consider how this approach might also be used to unders
tand and respond to parents’\, caregivers’\, and even their own\, feelings
and needs. Learners will be able to: 1. Describe at least 2 of the 5 Stro
ng Roots Protective Factors that promote resilience in families with young
