 children and teens in out of home care. \nExplain how trauma\, neglect and
  frequent placement changes contribute to mental health symptoms.\nDemonst
 rate at least 2 trauma-informed strategies for responding to children's me
 ntal health needs and collaborate effectively with mental health professio
 nals to stabilize behaviors.\nPLEASE NOTE: For your convenience\, join us 
 for Part 1 only from 6-7:30pm or stay for the entire three hours. Credit w

  is an adoptive mom\, an FKCE Program Director alumni and founder of Our F
 amily Comes First\, specializing in working with traumatized children and 
 their families. She teaches parenting classes throughout the state of Cali
 fornia and Texas. She brings a wealth of both personal and professional ex
