 gal rights of a child such as the educational rights holder and right to a
  school of origin\, and their available resources and how to access them!

 nty Office of Education (VCOE)\nVCOE Foster Youth Services Program is desi
 gned to meet the mandates under AB854 to improve the educational outcomes 
 for foster youth. Foster Youth Services Coordinating (FYSC) Programs provi
 de support services to foster children who suffer the traumatic effects of
  displacement from family and schools and multiple placements in foster ca
 re. Their services are designed to improve the children's educational perf
 ormance and personal achievement\, directly benefiting them as well as pro
 viding long-range cost savings to the state.\n\nCE Hours: 1.5
