 ealth leader with more than 25 years of experience advancing trauma inform
 ed\, recovery-oriented care across Iowa and beyond. As an Instructor for M
 indspring Mental Health Alliance\, she brings deep expertise in community 
 and workplace mental he xzcalth education\, creating interactive\, evidenc
 e-based learning experiences that promote understanding\, empathy\, and re
 silience. Amber holds a Master of Arts in Substance Abuse and Mental Healt
 h Counseling from the University of Iowa and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychol
 ogy and Criminology from the University of Northern Iowa. She has held exe
 cutive and clinical leadership roles in both adolescent and adult behavior
 al health programs\, and is also a Certified International Advanced Alcoho
 l and Drug Counselor (IAADC). Amber is passionate about empowering individ
 uals and teams to foster environments of psychological safety\, collaborat
