 iples of TBRI and how they can be applied in everyday caregiving to create
  safer\, more connected\, and healing homes.\nIn this training\, participa

 issues: Learn the foundational principles of TBRI and how this research-ba
 cked approach addresses the complex needs of children whose early experien
 ces have impacted their ability to feel safe and form healthy relationship
 s.\nBuild understanding to support your child's healing: Develop the insig
 ht and empathy needed to approach the children in your care with greater i
 ntention to meet them where they are and create the consistent\, nurturing
  environment that makes healing possible.\nImprove behavior outcomes throu
 gh connection: Discover how shifting from a behavior-management mindset to
  a relationship-first approach leads to more meaningful and lasting change
  for the children and youth in your care.\nPam Lehtonen is a Certified Par
 ent Educator. For over thirty-five years\, she has taught in the corporate
  workplace\, public and private schools\, churches and counseling centers.
  Some of her favorite topics as a public speaker and adult educator\, incl
 ude parenting\, communication skills\, marriage enrichment\, and the Five 
 Love Languages of Children. Pam and her husband Bill of 42 years are conti
 nuing their parenting journey by raising three of their five granddaughter
