ork with CASA volunteers\, caregivers\, and community partners. Lisa has b
een part of the Aerient/Yoga For First Responders® team since becoming a c
ertified YFFR instructor in 2021. Her work with Yoga For First Responders
has given her a deep understanding of how stress affects the body\, brain\
, decision-making\, and our ability to remain present in challenging situa
tions. Lisa came to yoga later in life\, beginning her practice in 2012 at
age 48 as a way to work with long-standing anxiety and depression. That e
xperience sparked a passion for understanding how practices such as breath
work\, meditation\, and mindful movement can help people develop greater a
wareness and resilience. She became a certified Yoga For First Responders
instructor in 2021 and completed Oxygen Advantage® Breathing for Yoga trai
ning in 2026. As both a CASA volunteer and an educator\, Lisa is especiall
 y interested in the intersection of stress\, regulation\, relationships\,
and the ability to stay present when the stakes are high. Her goal is to o
