 at both the individual and organizational levels. The session will also hi
 ghlight the importance of culture and climate in sustaining trauma-informe
 d practices over time\, with strategies for building resilience and consis
 tency across teams.\n\nThroughout the session\, attendees will be encourag
 ed to reflect on their own role in this work\, identify small but meaningf
 ul changes they can make\, and consider how everyday actions—no matter the
 ir position—can contribute to a healthier\, more supportive\, and trauma-r
