CE: Stress Management
Join Nora Hayes, certified Health Educator, for this popular training series: 3 consecutive Tuesdays: April 16, 23, and 30.
We all experience stress from time to time, but when stress is not managed well, it can make life difficult and unbearable. When stress levels are too high, a person can even become ill. Learn how to manage stress through a very unique series of classes that allows you to look at your own life and set realistic and manageable goals to reduce your stress. Learn how stress can be positive or negative. Discover workable and useful tips on managing stress and find hope to live a positive and happy life.
Participants will receive credit for 6 hours of training upon completion of the series. Come and benefit from Nora's 20+ years of experience as a health educator in the medical field and working with foster & kinship families.
