Jaime has been a CASA volunteer since October 2013 and a Peer Coordinator since February 2016. In addition to these duties, she also has expertise in serving youth at risk or identified as Human Trafficking victims. With this knowledge, she designs and present Commercial Sexual Exploitation of Children (CSEC) awareness, prevention and response training to all our Advocates on this topic. Jaime has personal knowledge of the Resource Family program and process as her family has completed the work to obtain this title.
Jaime holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from CSU Channel Islands in English Literature. She lives in Oxnard with her husband, daughter, 2 dogs and cat. She has three adult children as well as 3 grand-children. Her family likes to go camping and four-wheeling, with some hiking on the side.
