CASA Calendar

New Monthly Report Beginning Feb 1, 2019: To streamline our data collection processes and record all the amazing work CASA’s do in compliance with audit requirements, we have combined your monthly progress notes and activity time sheets into a single document. With the assistance of our team of Case Supervisors and Peer Coordinators, we created a new format titled “Monthly Contact Log” that will capture all of your CASA activity in one single document. You will continue to send this monthly to your supervisor. All our Case Supervisors and Peer Coordinators have been using this new log for several months and can assist you with some basic questions.

The form is in Excel. If you are a MAC user who does not have Microsoft Office, you can still access, create and modify this document via your CASA outlook email as Excel online is accessible via this account.

Knowing this is a big change, we want to be sure to offer as much assistance as possible in learning to use this new form. In essence, you are still recording the same data-progress notes for your case and your activity time. If you would like an in-person tutorial on your personal laptop computer, we will be hosting the following options here in our office. Please email Becky to sign up rebecca@casaofventuracounty.org :
