Want to reduce disruptive behavior? Looking to replace coercive or exclusionary approaches with a more effective, trauma-informed strategy? Learn how to have meaningful conversations with kids and teens who get caught in recurring patterns of conflict - and do it in ways that boost their self-awareness and motivation to change.

This course will give you a framework for understanding cycles of conflict, a guide for therapeutic dialogue, and strategies to address some of the most common troubling behavior patterns. The skills you'll gain can be used proactively, in moments of crisis, and as positive support following a struggle or moment of difficulty. Many who complete this training describe it as one of the most valuable courses they have completed!
