CalKIDS College Campaign Kick-Off

Join the UCLA CalKIDS Institute and John Burton Advocates for Youth (JBAY) for the statewide launch of the CalKIDS College Campaign, a Spring 2026 initiative supporting colleges in helping eligible students access their CalKIDS Scholarship.
Attendees will receive a clear overview of CalKIDS eligibility, practical guidance on the claiming process, and tools to support eligible students in accessing $500â$1,500 in scholarship funds. While the campaign focuses on current and former foster youth, the information shared can also support outreach to other eligible student populations, including those identified as low-income or experiencing homelessness during their Kâ12 education.
