Infants Exposed to Drugs

Trainer: Senta Greene, M.A., CCLS
This training equips participants with the knowledge and skills to recognize both the short- and long-term effects of drug exposure and prenatal substance misuse on children. Attendees will gain a deeper understanding of the unique needs and challenges these children may face, including developmental, emotional, and behavioral impacts. The session also provides practical strategies to support and nurture children affected by substance exposure, promoting healthier outcomes through informed, compassionate care.
Meet the Trainer: Mrs. Senta Greene embodies more than 25 years of experience in working with young children, youth, and their families. Mrs. Greene is widely recognized in the United States as an advocate and change agent for children, youth, and their families. Her devotion to teaching and expertise in children's education has earned her several honors including testifying before the United States Congress, recognition as a distinguished and award-winning lecturer at California State University, Northridge in the departments of Special Education and Child and Adolescent Development.
