Harm Reduction Panel
Presented by Strengthening Families VC and Kids and Families Together, a Division of Pathpoint
Care providers can apply a harm reduction approach to effectively support youth in different areas of development. Harm reduction refers to a range of programs, policies, and practices designed to minimize the negative effects of behaviors that are often seen a high-risk. Beyond specific strategies, it is also a philosophy of care rooted in respect, compassion, and inclusion. The panel will feature CPTP experts with diverse backgrounds who will share practical, everyday examples of how to integrate harm reduction principles into interactions with youth.
