Dr. Joy Springer is career educator with expertise in teacher training and educational structures within both K-12 and higher education systems. With California Teaching and Administrative Credentials, a Master's Degree in Administration, and a Doctorate in Organizational Leadership, Joy assists organizations in collecting, evaluating and incorporating data to drive program objectives. Dr. Springer has nearly 20 years of experience teaching students from Kindergarten to graduate school.
