Dondra Shephard
Dondra Shephard is a former Deputy Probation Officer for Santa Barbara County. She was a Resource Developer and Social Worker for Tri-Counties Regional Center.
Dondra is the President and Director of Scholarships for the non-profit organization SSAFE (Students Securing and Achieving their Future through Education). She is a proud member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated, Xi Kappa Omega Chapter. Since 2021 she has served on the Oxnard Police Chief’s Advisory Board. One of her most rewarding roles is working with the youth in her church and in the community.
Dondra earned a Master of Science in School Counseling and a Pupil and Personnel Services Credential from the University of LaVerne and is a graduate of the University of California, Santa Barbara (UCSB) with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology.
