Jason Maser

Jason transitioned from Case Supervisor to Program Manager in June 2020. Jason joined our team as a Case Supervisor in 2017 after 13 years of direct care support for abused, neglected, and at-risk youth in a boys shelter program.

Prior to joining CASA of Ventura County, Jason was a front line staff working in a boys shelter program for 13 years. He was then promoted to Program Supervisor for the Boys Shelter program. During this time, he and his staff were able to work with and help the lives of over 1,000 boys in foster care. Jason also has experience working closely with Ventura and Santa Barbara County HSA Social Workers and Supervisors, CASA Advocates, Foster Parents and various Foster Family Agencies. As a Case Supervisor, Jason was able to use his vast experience working in the Foster Care System to ensure that the CASA advocates had the supports and resources needed to advocate for the youth that CASA of Ventura County serves.

As the Program Manager, he will use his combined 16 years of experience in this field to be able to effectively manage a dedicated team of both staff and volunteer Case Supervisors. He is also responsible for oversight and administration of the court process and ensuring that CASA’s Advocates provide excellent advocacy for all our Appointees.
