This webinar will cover the process from the time a report is made to CPS through the investigation through the petition process. Participants will learn what the criteria are for beginning a child welfare investigation, definitions for the various outcomes (substantiated, unsubstantiated, evaluated out etc), and criteria for removing children from their home.
