Participants will learn how to listen with empathy, validate the experiences of youth, and create a safe space for open communication. This training will equip you with the skills needed to support the emotional and psychological well-being of children and youth in care, helping them feel heard, understood, and valued.
Anne Rodriguez is a trainer & master coach with over 20 years of experience training and coaching for organizations like Child Welfare Services, Law Enforcement, Probation, Youth Independent Living Programs and Rehabilitation Programs.
