In this comprehensive course participants will explore the historical context of race in America, the impact of systemic inequalities on foster care, and practical strategies for advocating as allies for marginalized youth. Designed to deepen understanding, foster self-reflection, and equip participants with actionable tools, this course empowers participants to drive systemic change within the child welfare system.
