Harm Reduction Panel
Presented by Kids & Families Together
Care providers can use a harm reduction approach to support youth in various developmental areas. Harm reduction is an umbrella term for programs, policies, and practices that aim to reduce the negative consequences associated with behaviors typically considered high-risk. It is also "a way of being" or an approach to providing care and support based on respect, compassion, and inclusion. Panel will consist of CPTP Content Experts with a variety of expertise who can provide practical, everyday ways to understand how to use a harm reduction approach to interacting with youth.
