Providing Stability for Success: Housing Resources for Foster Youth
Presented by California CASA
Safe, stable housing is essential for young people to grow into independence, heal from trauma, secure education and employment, and launch a thriving future. This training will review the housing supports available to foster youth through the child welfare system and its contracted providers, as well as options for youth as they age out of foster care, including the local homelessness response system. The training will ensure that CASAs have the understanding and tools to support young adults in accessing these critical housing resources.
