"How-to” FAFSA/CADAA Webinar
The 2026–27 Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) is now open, with the California Dream Act Application (CADAA) launching on October 1, 2025.
To support adult allies of youth with foster care or homelessness experience, John Burton Advocates for Youth (JBAY) will host its annual “How-to” FAFSA/CADAA Webinar on Tuesday, October 22, from 10:00 to 11:30 a.m.
This free webinar will review the FAFSA and CADAA in detail, provide key policy updates, and outline next steps like creating a WebGrants account and claiming CalKIDS Scholarships.
