Join us for this insightful hour with KARA Grief Services as we explore grief and how to support our youth. KARA, a non-profit grief support organization in the San Francisco Bay Area, hosts youth webinars and workshops for grieving children, teens, and young adults. This will be part 1 of a two-part series that will help Court Appointed Special advocates support young people as they grieve.

This training consists of two essential parts. The first part delivers a comprehensive understanding of the fundamentals of grief, and an overview of grief through the ages.. The second part focuses on identifying losses and providing support for grief in children and teenagers.
It's highly recommended that you engage with both sections as they build upon each other.
