Debonne Holm
My name is Debonne and I have been a CASA for 4.5 years. I had seen the advertisements and talked to a retired co-worker who was a CASA in Santa Barbara County. I have always liked working with teenagers and this seemed to be an area that I could do that. They have so much potential. I have been a member, project leader and resource leader for Ventura County 4-H where I was a co-director for 7 years of summer camp run by teenagers. I retired from California State Parks and immediately enrolled to become a CASA. I have grandchildren that range in age from 12 to newborn. I enjoy gardening, quilting, reading and games of all kind.
