Rodi has been a CASA since 2017. She has a masters degree in both Social Work and Special Education. Rodi's background is in early childhood education. She has been the director of a large preschool for over 30 years, specializing in parenting classes, curriculum development and staff support.
Believing in giving back to the community, her past volunteer experiences have included work in a battered women's shelter, teaching English to new immigrants and tutoring at-risk youth. Rodi is now focusing her volunteer efforts helping other CASA's effectively help the foster youth of Ventura County.
In her spare time, Rodi enjoys spending time with her husband and four adult children, their partners and two grandchildren. She also enjoys whole food plant-based cooking, walking, reading, gardening, traveling and playing with her two rescue dogs.
